Abstract

Georgia recently became active in social entrepreneurship (The establishment of social enterprises). It is less competitive in the labor market (The disabled,The IDPs, Probationers, Vulnerable) employment and social goals of the important conditions. Social enterprises may be established in any organizational form. Georgia will be one of the most exciting and successful form of social agricultural cooperative. The article deals with the current situation in Georgia, social entrepreneurship, the factors hindering its development, seeks ways for further development of social entrepreneurship.
